Handle incoming calls and inquiries. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Handle incoming mails, outgoing mails and courier service
Upkeep the reception area, meeting rooms, and manage meeting room reservation.
Attend to walk in visitor
Provide support to Regional Director.
Provide administrative and clerical support as assigned by superior.
All other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirement:
Min 1 year of relevant working experiences
