Position Description:
 
You will be a part of our Technical Team in maintaining and developing our CRM product and support to our operation and clients. 
You will be performing end to end software development life-cycle (SDLC) activities, from initial user business requirement, translate into technical specification and
development plan for coding, testing/debugging, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Test (UAT), system administration and user manual documentation, system
training to post developed software product maintenance, upgrading, enhancement, new functionality integration.
 
Objective / Goals:
 
·         Responsible for Support and Data Administration for the clients
·         Responsible for ensuring the timely development and delivery of assigned CRM projects.
·         Checks for accuracy and functionality are as per client’s job requests.
·         Collaborates with Account Manager and/or Internal Developer team with regards to projects accordingly.
 
Duties:
 
·         Effectively translate business and technical software application requirements (whether web based application, web service, client/server, standard alone, mobile) into commercialized product deliverables to satisfy client requirements
·         Implement all aspects of an application design – high performance design, coding, security, encryption state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration and testing
·         Proactively follow company guidelines for SLA (Service Level Agreement) to deliver the product / services
·         Proactively follow up on internal outstanding issues
·         Development & New Functionality Integration
Requirements:
 
·         Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering -Electrical/Electronic; Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
·         Technical Skill Set: JAVA, JSP, MSSQL and/or MYSQL, JavaScript, Basic HTML knowledge, AJAX
·         Additional technical skills in XML, JSON Structure, Web Server knowledge such as Apache or Tomcat Web Server.
·         Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
·         Confident, a team player; yet able to work independently
·         Salary depends on experience
