3. Online ordering system with an iPad and thermal printer with router. (yearly renewable
contract)

- Rice cooker
- All kitchen wares including knifes, pans, pails, pots, strainers, s/s bowls, forks and spoons
- All bento boxes, buffet containers, cutleries etc
- Other kitchen accessories
5. Complete training for 1 week to be provided for kitchen staff and owner to learn all the
recipes and procedures required for the preparation process of our healthy food.
6. Training on designing meals to cater for custom made customers.
7. All food images for current menu, newly taken by professional photographer.
8. Training on ordering platform, such as how to create promo code, discount items, add on or
delete any items.
9. Training on macro calculation, pricing strategy.
10. Includes about 6,000 printed flyers, 3000 printed bento’s stickers. Includes current bento
boxes, cutleries, buffet boxes, and all other kitchen’s containers for operation purposes.
11. To re-engage approximate 1,500 customer data base.
12. Monthly offline marketing contract to re-target new customers (contract ends December
2019, renewable)
13. All social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook account.
14. Training on delivery platform usage.
15. All suppliers list for raw ingredients, types of sauces, special seasoning and other materials
with some current stock in the kitchen for daily operation.
16. Transferring of Website domain (yearly renewable), transfer of hotline sim card, email
address.
17. Corporate business portal including weekly mini buffet delivery.
18. Training for Online delivery portal - Deliveroo
19. Applying Healthier Choice Logo in progress.
