Responsibilities: ·Involve in full spectrum of Human Resource functions
·Handle recruitment function and payroll outsourcing company.
·Responsible for application, renewal and cancelation of work pass.
·In charge of onboarding of new hire.
·Organize team building for employee.
·Responsible for the daily expense(especially office and HR expense) reimbursement and record. ·Office facilities improvement(Procurement for the office items, materials and others). ·Assist to company exhibition and event.
·Establish, expand and maintain marketing materials and develop media&social media.
·Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements: ·At least Polytechnic or Bachelor’s Degree. No requirements on discipline. An interest in electronics industry.
·Strong experience at HR/Admin operation and logistics management; Familiar with Singapore Employment Act.
·Good organizational skills with ability to manage operational processes and business activities.
·Familiar with social media marketing, event planer is preferable.
·Exceptional communication skills and fluent in English and Mandarin.
