Job Title: HRBP Supervisor
Main responsibilities:
1. Providing generalist HR advice as well as strategic HR support to regional director with an aim to achieve profitable business growth in the region;
2. Responsible for composition and execution of recruitment plans including developing effective channels ; the whole recruitment process from drafting and approval of the personnel requisition form (PRF) till successful recruitment, onboarding and assimilation of new employee; all aspects of employment management including but not limited to probation, labor contract and renewal, internal transfer etc.
3. Communicate with the HR COE functional teams, regional director ,managers and employees on matters such as employment conditions and policy, performance management, retention initiatives, talent development, salary/bonus planning, employee benefits and relations etc.;
4. Complete related HR tasks as required such as org./talent review, Oracle HR accuracy, international assignment/rotations; employee relocation issues, disciplinary & termination actions etc.;
5. Be a HR Champion ensuring all HR practices and standards in the regional conform to the Trina HR strategy, policy and guidelines. Champion the Trina Values and Culture;
6. Involve in other HR projects and initiatives and provide necessary assistance when needed;
7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years in a HR generalist/advisory/consultant role
3. Very fluent English and Mandarin both in oral and written;
4. Practical experience in selection & recruitment, C&B, performance management, organization development etc.
5. Basic understanding of Employee Relations related issues and legislations overseas (APAC region preferred);
