- Be the primary point of contact for regulators and banking partners in Singapore and regionally including, but not limited to MAS
- Ensure the performance of KYC and AML/CFT to the standards expected of the MAS
- Review, Draft and update relevant policy and compliance documentation relating to MAS notices
- Reviewing and checking for completeness of CDD information and supporting documentation for new and existing customers (periodic review) and performing risk assessments in line with the AML and KYC Policies and Procedures.
- Manage KYC / CDD trigger events and reviews and ensure appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the AML and KYC Policies and Procedures.
- Maintenance of customer lists and records.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and project work as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
- Min. 8 years of relevant experience at a brokerage, banking, trading, or payments institution including financial technology companies, preferably in a technology function.
- Familiarity with Payment Service Act and MAS regulations.
- Familiarity with KYC and AML/CFT best practices in Singapore
- A team player with good interpersonal and writing skills.
