If you fail to commence work on the Commencement Date after accepting this offer of employment without the written consent of the Company, you shall be liable to pay a sum equivalent to one (1) month’s basic salary to the Company as liquidated damages.
这个意思是不是只要我不在commencement那天放鸽子，而是提前通知那边，就可以不用罚款
