Analog Devices China BU Automotive and Communication group is seeking a Design Engineering Manager for the newly formed Engineering team located at Singapore. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join and lead our Singapore team and to be able to provide technical and managerial leadership to this critical development team.
Responsibilities:
1 Build, develop, and manage the entire engineering team at Singapore. Be responsible for the team strategy and daily operation.
2 Ensure Singapore team is well integrated and communicated with the rest of Automotive and Communication product development team.
3 Recruit competent team members and develop core technical capabilities at Singapore, particularly but not limited to the area of analog design, digital design and verification and layout.
4 Lead project development that might involve engineers from multiple sites.
5 Become a major contributor to product development team strategy.
Qualifications:
1 MS degree +8 years IC industry experience
2 Strong analog design capability
Digital design manager (BMS, optical control design experience would be best), also analog, mixed signal design managers position available. China position also available. Best package among the IC design industry based on experience.
