Sorry that i have not elaborated in a quantified manner earlier. To me, ROE shall be consistently > 15% and Total Debt should be less than a single year's net earnings and nett cash should be enough for a company to expand its operation without the needs for fund raising. All my holdings satisfy my above criteria.
Maybe you may wish to ask me to quantify my statement first before drawing conclusions that my criterion is too stringent. No offense. Hehe...
