For the purposes of the application of the Scheme to the Final Dividend, the issue price of the fully paid new shares to be issued to eligible Shareholders who have elected to participate in the Scheme in respect of their holding of shares will be an amount in Singapore dollars (as determined by the Directors of the Company) equivalent to 90% of the average of the last dealt prices of the Shares on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd ("SGX-ST") for each of the three market days during the period commencing on the day on which the Shares are first quoted ex-dividend on the SGS-ST after the announcement of the Final Dividend and ending on the Books Closure Date.
