The Group is a manufacturer principally engaged in the R&D, manufacture and sale of flavours and fragrances with principal production facilities in Shanghai and Huaian, Jiangsu Province. The Group's products are used in the manufacture of various food and consumer products such as oral care products, personal hygiene products and cosmetics. It principal customers comprise (i) manufacturers, who use the Group's products in the manufacture of their consumer or other products; (ii) fragrance and flavour manufacturers, who use the Group's products as raw materials to manufacture other fragrances and flavours; and (iii) wholesalers and dealers, who source for and sell flavours and fragrances on a wholesale basis.
