Yanlord Holdings Pte. Ltd. has on 22 June 2009 transferred 110,000,000 shares to J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited and accordingly, J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited now has a direct interest in such shares. Yanlord Holdings Pte. Ltd. has also on 22 June 2009 transferred 10,000,000 shares to J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited in connection with the placement announced on 18 June 2009 (the "Placement"), such shares to be credited by J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited to placees pursuant to the Placement.
