Serrano is doing interior Décor business , in very heavy debt and Negative NAV, Directors are Bankrupts, forced sold their
share in opened market by Banks , at one time it was 0.002 , recently a new investor came in , and the price went up drastically , I do not know whether if retail investor like you and me go in , will take over ( buy in ) these people bought cheap at 0.002 . Fundamental wise , condo and interior business are down due to property price down , Developers will
hold on the payments if units are not moving , further more , these contracts are likely in Nominated Sub-contract mode and also subject to Main Contractors' control , their 3 factories , one in Vietnam ,2 at Sungei kadut are putting up for sale to pay back the debts , the return of investment route ( long term) basing on their existing business mode is long and low and in short term , depends on what is your entry point? buy at your own risk .
