Based on the principle of fair-play, we will try to out-source our competition server outside both NUS and NTU campus. This is to avoid the home team to have low-ping advantage.
Currently, I'd talked to [Fragnetics] and here is the reply I received.
Our public server at 203.81.47.74:27016 is open for testing and is available for rent. It is loaded with CS1.6 and has no plug-ins installed at the moment. If you're looking to test the ping rate it would be best that you join that server and have your players play there to see if the quality matches your requirements.
We will be upgrading the system from midnight to 2am later today so it would not be available in that short period.
If however you require more access to the server, such as FTP and SSH access to restart and make changes to the configuration please feel free to contact me at 94510067 (HP), or e-mail at chrischoo@fragnetics.com . In such a case we will convert the public server to your trial server and issue you an account that would stay with you should you agree to rent the server.
As mentioned on our website, this free 3-day trial is non-obligatory and will not be charged to your account even if you decide to host with us.
Thank you for your interest in our services. I hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Christopher Choo

Like it said, can you guys (from both campuses) to test out the server, mainly on the responsiveness and ping value and post your feedback here?
I know it's CS 1.6, is it ok with every CS player? Hope to hear from you soon.
