Thank you for your email regarding the ordering mistake.
That is fine to order the soap via the normal channels for which I will have
to take payment and then reimburse the amount once we have received the
perfume.
I am sorry that it has to be this way round but we cannot unfortunately
dispatch goods unless payment is taken first and we have received the item
back.
Please accept our apologies for this rather long way of dealing with the
situation !
