vpost用多了，总是会撞见几个让你吐血的大箱子。。。
虽然vpost可以提供repack服务，但是，首先，体积重量和实际重量相差3kg以上才给你repack, 其次，就算相差3kg以上了，还得vpost有合适的箱子给你repack才可以repack （有时候也看到vpost利用原有的箱子折扁来repack）
总之，总是有不能repack的箱子。这时候，可以考虑让vpost来return。
我们先来看vpost网站怎么说的
If for any reason, you decide not to use vPOST service to ship your package to Singapore and wish to redirect the package to another address or return to your Merchant. Please note that a SGD10.00 administrative handling charge will be imposed and you will have to bear the full redirection service costs. Should there be any free return label provided by your merchant/sender attached to your item/package, upon your request we will use this free return label to redirect the package back to the merchant/sender at your request.
Alternatively, you may request for the package to be disposed off at the vPOST shipping address, if you do not want to return to merchant/sender or re-direct to another address.
简单的说，要么，你直接让vpost把你的箱子扔了，要么，你出10新币同时提供一个free return label给vpost, vpost就帮你return给你的卖家。

那么，怎么拿到这个return label呢？以amazon为例，你需要联系amazon的客服，找"contact us", 然后输入你的order no, 选电话或者online chat都可以，你就说包装太大，你要付给freight forwarder的运费太贵，你不要了。客服就会给你一个link, 打开就是个return label。注意，vpost不收link, 你需要转换成pdf格式。貌似也可以在amazon的网站自行弄出这个return label, 看这里，

好了，现在你有return label了，就需要告知vpost，打电话给vpost, 告诉他们你要return哪个箱子。vpost会给你发一个email, 让你给他们return label。你回复那个email, 然后过1，2天那个箱子就会从你的vpost account消失了。
这时候，如果你vpost还有别的箱子，你付钱出账单的时候，最后就会出来一项10新币的收费，就是这个return的手续费了。
