被隔壁的帖子种草，种草贴在此：

在iherb上买了Plus White的5 分钟牙齿美白护理套。里面包括一个硅胶牙套，美白凝胶，美白漱口水。建议用法是前两周每天两次，把美白凝胶挤在牙套凹槽里，咬5分钟，再用漱口水漱口。2周后，每周用一俩次维护效果便可。如果要intensive 的效果，第一次可以咬上个15分钟左右。我基本1.2天用上一次，即时就会见到效果，这个敏感牙齿也可以用。同类产品crest佳洁士美白牙贴也很多人用，新加坡没怎么见到，并且据说牙齿会挺酸。现在新加坡屈臣氏有个新产品来自比利时的iWhite 从牙膏，漱口水，美白牙套一应俱全。价钱是比iherb上的plus white贵不少。
