为什么偏要在食阁吃辣？自己在家不会做？不能做？

这就是我想了解的。

油大，辣度无法自己控制，味道重，我怀疑是味精，队友怀疑还有辣椒精。火候也参差。如果便宜点，当杂菜饭，也凑合。这么贵，违背常理。

小时候，我们那儿流行炒花饭，就是饭或米粉或面，和你选的肉菜同炒。刚开始很流行，后来吃来吃去一个味儿，变很少了 （不敢说绝迹了），炒花饭和麻辣香锅很相似，但走便宜价位。

国内的麻辣香锅呢？走的是什么路线？和坡坡的有什么不同？我回国都忙于吃乡野菜去了，没调查一下。
