Property tax 是按照政府计算租金收入的10%。这个是每年都要交的。如果是自住，交40%。

stamp duty的算法：房价=p

p<=180K的部分 1%
180K <p <=360K的部分 2%
p>360K 的部分3%

所以房价高于360K的话，stamp duty 就是房价*3%-5400

STC这么好啊。。。。通常银行律师费补贴是贷款总额的0.4%，切不可超过2000。。。。
