Our legal fee for handling the redemption will be $500 (inclusive of our fee for acting for the Bank) excluding the following:-
1.disbursements and gst on our bill (about $150)
Disbursements are items such as registration fees payable on the Total Discharge of Mortgage instrument, title search fee, transport, postage. gst is 7%.
