交通便利的freehold那就不是这个价了

你看MRT旁边的freehold屈指可数就应该知道交通便利和freehold通常不会在一起的。hillview那边就要有downtown line了，所以长远看还是ok的。

屋子大小要看你的需求和长远打算，freehold基本上是保值的，所以你真的要换房子也可以把损失保持在最小。

我个人觉得，99年的屋子买的时候一定要各方面都好，因为这种房子rental yield一般比resell yield要好。而freehold可以compromise一些因素，因为本身就保值，可租可卖。
