a) demolish L-shape RC wall (4.1m x 2.6m) in store room including make good existing flooring and wall & HDB submision,
b) b) hack one new door opening at common room,
c) c) seal up existing door opening at common room,
d) d) construct & make good full height wall at new master room entrance,
e) e) hack off existing skirting at 2 rooms,
f) f) clear off debris to offsite area till completion.
