我不熟悉中国的发展条例，但应该有某种形式的限制。在本地，主要就是GFA，阳台是算在Bonus GFA，最多10%。你想要（相对）公共空间大，无非就不要用尽GFA。但房子就会贵啊。问题是这样的设计，找得到人买吗？
所以只能说，你我买的公寓，都是针对不是很有钱的人。你看GCB，有谁用尽GFA？
