尺价更贵吧，而且等了几个月了也没有3房放出来
前段时间有个挂2.8的，据说offer 2.5就卖，但是不给看，几周前没了。还有个3.25的三房，也是挂一阵子没了，成交记录也没有，不知是卖掉还是留着了。
个人觉得the shelford是2.5左右预算最好的condo了，设施外观便利程度都比其它项目强。还有朋友推荐watten residence，预算超过3m的可以考虑
