确实，预算上去了，能看的公寓选择范围就大了，shoebox condo房间是很小，但房间大的公寓也多的去了，我家卧室就是又能放婴儿床家具电视机柜，还有阳台，120+平米的公寓，不比HDB小。听说买HDB很多热门的block是有华人wuota限制的，满额了华人就不能买了。如果买到角头就是运气好，不然买到走廊房如果邻居素质不好就经常起纠纷很不好过。我也是听说的，没住过HDB, 我不以偏概全
