要kids friendly 首推valley park，RV一带很有人气的小区，设施够多，很多amo 小孩，1550-1600尺的3房要价普遍在2.4m上下，边上就是valley point shopping mall，RV小学1公里，缺点不靠地铁，房子略旧97年。类似小区还有aspen heights, Tiara, the aston.
要新一点的就是the cosmopolitan，3房目前有一套在卖的2.6m，小区类高大上人不多，所以不会有很多小孩，主要的优点是靠近未来mrt + great world city + 新，房型不错。Trillium 与之相比更高大上也更贵，豪宅的房型，带私人电梯、干湿厨房及powder room，3m拿不下3房。类似小区还有the wharf residence, rivergate。
比较新的里面性价比最高推荐one jervois，psf 1600左右。
