实测请hdb lawyer的费用

卖hdb的时候，如果当初用的hdb贷款，或者用的银行贷款但已经还清，可以选择用hdb lawyer act for the sale transaction

实测律师费300多（可能看房子面积价格还会有几十块的差异），外加title search fee 32，最后加上gst 420块，比外面律所省一些，外面要1000+。

hdb officer貌似非常reluctant用他们律师，力荐我们去外面请律师，说费用差不多，外面律师还方便。不要被忽悠。
