1) can i support duo duo yingtao first ? as i had same experience with my agent , bascailly ,my agent never tried to search good units for me and she just want to ask me shall i offered as high as to reach the seller's price, once the seller wants a specific price. she really made me sad as when i tried to ask her to show my cheque to seller as a clear clue i want the unit, you know what , she said " it is pointless as your price is not reaching his expectation " and she added" haha "at the end of the talk . ( seller asked 95, and i offered 92, even 93) . i did not really understand as i did not think my price is that cheap and unreasonable .
2) some of the seller agents really don t know how to work properly : when i still trying to ask if the current tennat could move out earlier (and my offered price is just 20 k away from the expectation of the seller ) , i am still open for any discusssion . he said yeah, i could ask for you . and there were no reply for three days, and he suddenly texted me that the unit is sold out at 20 k higher than what i had offered.
i am the first one who gave the offer and i believe the price gap was not so big , i was also assuming that the agent should collect all offeres at the final moment if more than one buyers showed the interests.
i really felt this is not a proper protocol as agent's routine job.
3) dont scold people like me who has the mental disablity of making decision : this is a difficult choice when you use all and even plus your parents 's money for a battle you probably will always lose . the funny thing is the property is startingdropping here ( 99 yrs) at the moment you buy it. you surely will not stay in one unit for the whole life, and you will always need to sell it for what even reason. So, this is a battle i will always lose money.
i can not even decide to travel italy or spain this month and i of course dont want to make a wrong decision as my first and biggest inves.
plus, have you heard about perfectionlism : believe my it is not merits , it is painful and it just exsists.
4) instead of waiting for teh shrinking accounts , i have actually bought a unit in beijing ( thanks my hukou in beijing ) and it will definitely bring me profit at some point in the future, and thanks for my citizenship ( and i have not given up it yet and will surely hold it as great china still shows strong and very positive signs of every espect in economy )
5) i will still look for a unit here and definetely without agent help.
6) did someone say very unfreindly that the post of undecicive of house chosing will always on the top ten in huaxin ?
