之前功课没做好，找了个广告上称是常卖我家那区的中介， 秉着诚意跟他交谈，给他我们卖房子的所有信息，结果他拿出一份文件给我们签，说是政府要求的，签了之后他才可以帮我们打广告卖房子和采取市场行销，我们说我们买房子的时候没有跟中介签东西的呀？他说这是我们买房子自后政府出的条例，而且他会email回一份副本跟我们。我们不疑有他，没看清楚就签了。后来签了之后的好几天他都不发副本给我们， 我们开始起疑心了，在网上查找信息 的时候发现，我们签的会不会就是exclusive agreement, 然后watsapp问那个中介，他才说是。 这不是欺骗吗？
