这个已经是刷过油漆了的，刷漆的时候town council永远只有几个很丑的颜色给居民选，你连碧山这么漂亮的组屋都嫌外观旧说明你看的太少了，建议你去碧山看房之前先去circuit road看一圈房子。我可以给你讲讲我卖公寓买组屋的时候的选择标准。首先你心里要明确的知道你是在downgrade，绝对的downgrade，组屋的低层高绝对是个大问题，这个不是可以靠面积解决的。换组屋唯一要考虑的就是5年以后的出租问题，出租问题想好了，再想想你能不能在组屋忍五年，能的话就可以买了。
