...i suppose all bills are paid by buyer .
and i suppose direct contact of the seller agent is good.
but to note that sometime agents get latest transaction infor better....and we all should give credit to that.
resident transaction ===> ur valution ==> ur cost of investment ==> ur return. somehow it plays out..
