我是还没住进去的时候就申请BTO了，申请BTo的时候买的Resale, 现在resale 刚exercise otp,离住进去还有两个多月的时间
这个BTO要到2024年中才能建成，还有5年半的时间，这样算起来Resale刚好住满5年，哈哈
