天啊，南洋莱小的双学区房要上3000的尺价。Shelford Road的watten estate，刚刚en bloc 成功了，发展商出价比屋主要价还要高10%，算下来地价就要$1784每plot ratio，这新房的价格要上3000的尺价了。过去半年周围二手房的交易价格都没有超过1700的尺价，真是面粉比面包还贵。接下来周围房子都要抬价了，感觉周围那些小区的老屋主们做梦都要笑醒了
