永安买了还是自住吧， 说投资， 那点租金对于房价来说可能实在是不行。 买了无非希望enbloc , 但这个盘真不容易，就是看着极好但是吃不到的这种。 现在如果不是刚需就等这轮Enbloc 过吧， 每个卖家都不是傻瓜， 叫价包括enbloc的溢价的。 等个1年差不多可以了， enbloc如果有也差不多过了， CM可能要来也来了，到时可能会有些机会，现在硬冲感觉是给卖家或开发商做慈善了。 再说， 你一个人名字全杠杆去撬永安那要多高的收入啊， 如果第二第三套， 那个税和首付你能吞下？
