在kiasuparent的大高楼里面看到过YEC成员没拿到信的。如果是YEC的chairman那有可能，因为这些committe的chairman自动是ccmc的成员，而ccmc是有p2b资格的。
kiasuparent上的东西看看就好，准确信息还是得看MOE和PA
