No. I am not running any firewall. and I do not have a server software on my pc.
I am in NTU, my ip is 172.20.106.20. I feel strange of this IP address. Can you explain the reason for me. Thanks again and again

i'm not sure you can access my server directly. according to confirmed information

you need to login to NTU VPN
or
you need to login to NUS VPN
or
you need to be in NTU library

to access my server.
