how to apply a locker?
may i get it the same day with application?
if i apply now, can i use it during vacation?

You can do it in OSA
it is about S$10 (w/o GST), one-time payment, for the usage from the time you apply till you graduate and leave NUS (during which you can change the location of the locker if you wish).
