MOM 网站上写在7天内必须去cancel EP，那么我提前10可以吗？

如果我比规定的提前7天时间更早去cancel EP ，可以吗？他们会不会不办理？

you have to do the cancellation at least within the 7 days of the termination means that you have to do it at latest ...

so 10 days no problem according to their wording.

and you can always call them to comfirm

Theroically, after you canceled your EP, you cannot be employed and work any more, so supposely you should do it after you finish your last working day. But if you go before that, they will also do it for you. Once the EP is canceled, you'll treated as illegal work if you still work in S'pore. But if you do it for only a few days, nobody care also.

it was not very difficult to get through their lines for me, I tried about 10 times in 20~30 minutes and then I managed to talk to their officals..

although it was quite long time ago, I still think it is good to have patience when you know clearly that you are dealing with goverment offices:((
