I using the starhub, anytime is ok. But using the singnet, just as you say.

jUST using a simple eg:

when using the Skype, the singnet one cannot get the best voice in some times.

but when using the starhub, no such problems in any time.

It depends on the speed, and the nos on-line, etc.
