As the special pass need to renew once a week, if I found the student pass, do I need to renew it?

apply for a new passport, passport no will be changed, but they will indicate your old passport No. in the new one

for the student pass, why dont you ask the ica officer? And I think you have to inform them that you have found ur SP and cancel the special pass
