想请教一下关于修改护照姓名的问题
我的一个朋友 是新加坡PR 她想修改她的姓名 但是打电话去中国驻新加坡的大使馆 他们说没有帮忙修改姓名这个业务 说要回中国找公安局才能修改护照姓名 但是如果在中国的公安局修改了护照姓名以后 护照姓名和新加坡的IC不同 怎么再入境新加坡呢？这边的ICA说要有护照才能帮忙修改IC 但是不能入境的话怎么找ICA修改？请问有人有过类似的经验吗？谢谢！

长大后改名字简直是世界上做麻烦的事情。

But who can apply the short visit pass for her? Can she apply for the short visit pass by herself or by her friends who are PR or citizens?

Ask her friend to apply..
logically, anyone (PR or SC) can apply for her, even herself, assuming she has a new passport with a new name. But I feel, ask for a friend to apply could be better.

是要回國改,在戶口所在地的公安局,這是一段又臭又長的折騰經歷.他們會在護照上加注而不是換掉你的護照.然後在當地的公證處做一份姓名變更公證.
回到新加坡後,去找一間律師樓,請律師給你再公證一次,拿去ica就可以換ic了.

Ask her friend to apply..logically, anyone (PR or SC) can apply for her, even herself, assuming she has a new passport with a new name. But I feel, ask for a friend to apply could be better.
