新加坡象棋有及格的棋手挺多的。。难道一定得派参加世界杯的棋手吗？我认为这事可能是个miscommunication。跟世界杯的棋手可能没关系。我在中国刚下完比赛后才知道有这个比赛。。而且是庄宏明跟我说的。

Funding is the first issue to look into regardless sending which player ....
the views from SIXGA or anyone, 世界杯 would carry more weight.
