这个帖子里有讲，可以跟系里要，写信去ICA要，直接跑到ICA去要。

然后就是简历，一边找工作，一边不停的修改，如果你有publication, paper, 会议, 等等任何的东西，作为附件，整合在简历里面。

找久了，都成精了，怎么可能找不到？！

个个都聪明能干，拿出劲头来找，肯定能成，时间问题而已。

我发信问过ICA　invitation letter的事情，他的答复说那封信是随机发的，不是每个人都有

We refer to your email dated 13 Mar 2008.

2 ICA does send invitation letters for Singapore Permanent Residence (SPR) to eligible final year full time students in our local Institutes of Higher Learning. The SPR invitation letters are merely issued to foreign students to notify them of their eligibility to apply for SPR after their graduation and upon them securing employment here. Recipients of such a letter are not automatically granted SPR. Applications will be subject to consideration.

3 Foreign student who has not received the letter may still submit an application for SPR, under the"Scheme for Professional/Technical Personnel and Skilled Workers" for our consideration, when he/she is working in Singapore on an Employment or S Pass for a period of time. Please submit the duly completed application forms - Form 4A (1 original & 1 photocopy) and attached Annex A, together with the relevant supporting documents for our assessment.

The issue of the Invitation letter to a final year foreign student studying in a local Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) is not automatic and it is subject to the student meeting our requirements. If the Myanmar student studying in the IHL meets our requirements, he/she can also be invited to apply for PR.

The letter of invitation is issued to facilitate graduates from local Institute of Higher Learning to find a job in Singapore. Applications will be subject to consideration.

If you are a final year student this year, you may receive the invitation letter from us shortly.

not invited means not invited, cannot request!!!

达人们说该怎么办才好呢？

出于一些不可告人的愿意，我非常需要INVITATION LETTER啊...

什么不可告人的“愿意”？嗬嗬。

所以我就发信说以前给的过期了，希望能给我一张新的，
大约两周以后，收到了新的

根据回复的电子邮件的内容，他们应该是在学校check了你的情况，确定属实，然后才批准的。

你说的情况，他们死赖不给，好像真没有什么办法。

看看别人有没有类似经验

据我所知，有朋友在读博士的时候就成功的申请到了 pr，不过作为很少的例子，不具有普遍性。

It's the reply from ICA after sending an inquiry to their public contact email.

For your reference.

You may ask the staff to check his/her computer to see whether they have issued you the invitation letter, if yes, then the officer would issue you one immediately. Usually all NUS and NTU foreign students should receive one. However, the change of your mailing address might cause the letter to be mailed to the old address, which is the address in connection with your student visa.

If you have not received the letter of invitation to apply for Singapore permanent residence, you may call in person with your passport and Student's Pass card at Permanent Resident Services Centre, 5th Storey, ICA Building (Next to Lavender MRT Station), 10 Kallang Road, Singapore 208718 to request for one. Please proceed to the Queue Ticket Counter at the same storey to obtain a queue ticket for submission.
