前，中，后台的accessment centre的强度和结构式完全不一样的。。。

顺便说一下，barcap 的graduate program和其他银行－譬如HSBC是不一样的。。。从Operation招进来的只能在Operation 作rotation....是没有机会去前台的。。。。


建议你看一下部门资料。。。根据你的描述，你想做的 structuring 因该是在 Global Markets(Rates) 或者 Credit - 注意，Credit 不是risk, 也不是 product control ....
