general commentsComparing to stock market, it is not a bad time to go into fund market since DJ and NASD are at mid upper level already... fund market in principle much stable than stock market.... some suggestion is to put some money into Bond fund to reduce your risk at Equity fund, since bond market is going down.... if equity go down, generally bond market will go up...hehe...anyway, if you are risk taker, put all your money into Stock market....
