我遇到一件很古怪的事，想请教答案：

某些outlook用户发excel或者word Attachment的邮件给outlook Express用户，attachment会不见，而且并没有什么anti-virus的信息说：你的attachment被remove之类的。

同一个邮件，一些outlookExpress用户会收到attachment,有一些有收不到。

请教高手，这是什么问题啊？
