LTVP和PR同步申请
私立的可能不需要StudentPass但是PCF的要。
Infant和N2的差别不是太了解，以下是我的个人经历（PCF N2），可做参考：
1. 联系幼儿园报名（不是随时都能进去的，有时候得排队）。
2. 有位之后幼儿园联系你，是否确定要报读，要的话就去交押金。
3. 幼儿园Admin会帮你申请StudentPass，然后给你一个ICA的回执，上面有application ref number。
4. 按照步骤3的application ref number自己去ICA官网申请StudentPass。
5. 2周左右出结果，如果你现在是LTVP那么会给你LOC而不是StudentPass。
Approval Letter会有以下内容：

This permission is granted on the condition that your Long Term Visit Pass remains valid. You are not required to report to the Student's Pass Section at this Office for separate Student's Pass cards or endorsement.
Foreign students who are no longer holding Long Term Visit Pass are required to apply to this Office for Student's Pass if they wish to continue their studies here.
