不知道你的操作系统。嗯。如果是98，start-run. 打入command, 2000/XP, 打入 cmd. 然后你右击 my documents-> properties, 看看my documents 的真正位置在哪儿。看看你的dos 窗口上面的提示符，你的dos窗口的所在当前目录的盘是否与你的my documents 一致，如果不一致，先跳转过去。 比如说你的dos 窗口提示符是这样的：“ C:\> ” 你的my documents 的target是 " C:\My Documents" 那么就不需要转换，如果你的my documents是 " D:\My Documents" 那么你需要打入 " D: " 转过去。 转到相同盘后,先用 " cd\ " 跳转到根目录下。 然后打入 " cd target " 这里target就是上面你在my documents的properties里面查出来的my documents的真正位置. 比如是在 C:\My Documents 下面，那么就可以打入 " cd c:\My Documents " 注意，如果是98，我记得好像要把后面的target用双引号括起来，如果target address里有空格的话。到了后，就可以用 dir 命令看看你的my documents 里面的内容， 用 del filename 的命令删掉那个文件就可以了。
以我自己的电脑为例，操作一遍，不过你的电脑可能有些地方是不一样的，你自己注意。
start - run



打入 cmd (因为我的系统是2000)



查看 my documents 的真正位置，右击选择properties



这是properties 窗口，注意红框的地方显示my documents的真正位置



dos 窗口打开后的样子



转到 my documents 所在的目录



用 dir/p 命令查看 你的文件名



删除你想删的那个文件

=>from your problem, I think you are using windows XP

in run type cmd to enter into DOS => go to the directory where your file is put (if you don't know how to go there, here is the procedure: when you enter DOS, the current directory is C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\, then type: cd my documents to go to the directory of your folder of my documents) => use del to delete the file (eg, if you want to delete the file haha.rm,then just type del haha.rm. you should type the extension name of the file when you want to delete it.
