--help--I just set up my new computer, but i couldn't get my internet connection correct. anybody can help me.

I can access to the LAN, and other computers in my house, however, the router seems cannot recognize my computer, and nvr put it into the client table. there is also no default gateway, and i failed to renew IP also. what can i do?????
