请教：如何办理外汇储蓄？？？？？急我是SM3的一名新生，最近听舍间说从国内带来的钱都要放到银行里，但POSB不办理外汇储蓄，所以我想在其他银行开个户头，

不行, 必须有护照, 而且外汇户头一般都有底限: 比如美元5000起存建议: 先压在枕头底下, 权且当作压岁钱吧:P

unless you have nricIt's very important for you to show our original identification card to bank so that they can ensure who you are and make a true copy (not a copy from a photocopy) or a certified true copy of your identification card.

By all means, you want your money to be safe, So do please be careful and keep it in mind as it's for your own good.
